Bo leads SilverPepper’s efforts in partnering with independent, registered investment advisors throughout the United States. His responsibilities center on working together with institutionally-minded advisors and providing them with the insight they need to understand the investment strategies that power the SilverPepper Funds. In addition, Bo guides analysts and asset-allocation professionals on how SilverPepper’s low-correlation, hedged-strategies may be used to improve the overall risk and return attributes of an investor’s portfolio.

Prior to joining SilverPepper, Bo spent 17 years with American Century Investments as an investment consultant in the financial intermediary channel, partnering with RIAs and independent advisors in Chicago, Illinois. He guided advisors on the investment attributes of a variety of mutual-fund strategies, as well as assisted them throughout the portfolio-construction process. Prior to his long tenure at American Century, Bo worked for a financial services firm specializing in business valuations of privately held companies for estate and gift-tax planning, ESOP, and acquisitions & divestiture purposes. He began his career at Paine Webber as a financial advisor, consulting with individual investors on how to achieve their financial goals.

Bo earned the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation and holds both Series 7 & 63 licenses. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Business Administration.
